Elisha is the founder, owner, and primary therapist at Odegard Counseling. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and licensed alcohol and drug counselor intern (LCADC-I). She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Western Washington University and her Master’s Degree in Couple and Family Therapy from UNLV.

Elisha has worked in the field since 2017 and has worked at all levels of care including outpatient, IOP, PHP, and Inpatient treatment. She has worked in a variety of treatment settings including inpatient adolescent treatment, private practice, and substance use treatment.

Elisha is a Las Vegas local but has lived in Washington state, Washington DC, and Korea! Her ideal client is anyone who is motivated to change. When asked what she wishes people knew about therapy, she says “…that you don’t have to know how to change, you just have to be open and willing to try, and I will help guide the way.”
